Do you enjoy combining technical expertise with hands-on customer interaction? MAG45 is looking for a Technical Sales Support Engineer to be the dedicated technical expert for their customer.

In this role, you’ll ensure smooth project execution, drive value improvements, and strengthen our customer relationships every day.

What you’ll do:

• Be the first point of contact for the customer of MAG45 regarding mechanical and electrical projects.

• Translate customer needs into workable solutions, collaborating with internal teams when needed.

• Develop and implement value engineering and cost improvement proposals.

• Handle quotations and sales orders efficiently, making sure everything runs on time.

• Coordinate with suppliers to support operational needs.

• Monitor KPIs, track performance, and continuously improve processes.

• Communicate clearly with the customer, internal teams and suppliers to ensure everyone is on the same page.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.

• 3–5 years of experience in a technical and commercial environment.

• Solid technical knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems.

• Experience in a multinational, multidisciplinary environment.

• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.

• Fluent English and Czech, both written and spoken.

• Strong commercial awareness, result-driven, and analytically minded.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
