We are currently searching for a QD (Quotation Desk) Sourcing Specialist for the Quotation desk for our office in Neusass.

What will you be doing as a QD Sourcing Specialist at MAG45?

As a QD (Quotation Desk) Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing items in alignment with customer demand and quotation needs. Your expertise will ensure seamless procurement processes while securing the best conditions (price, quality, and lead time) within our strategic supply base. Timely responding to our customers’ response is of the essence here as we commit to a response within 48 hours.

In this job, you will work closely with internal stakeholders such as the Front Office, and Back Office and communicate effectively with suppliers to manage RFQs and gather operational data. You report to the Sourcing Team Lead in this role.

The Key activities of the role:

• Handle requests for item information and supplier quotations from the Front Office.

• Process daily quotation requests promptly and efficiently.

• Communicate with suppliers regarding open RFQs, item details, and other operational needs (e.g., stock levels, alternatives)

• Maintain and update supplier and product information in the ERP system

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date data to support quotation and order flows.

The role is tailor made for you if you have:

• At least 3 years of proven expertise in assigned category areas and purchasing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems (Dynamics is a plus)

• Are fluent in German as well as have business level of English.

• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
