Our Customer Service Office in Czech Republic is looking for an Front Office Employee to strengthen the Customer Service team.
Position
As a Front Officer Employee you are responsible from the office staff for the commercial development of our (Key) Accounts. You are the first point of contact for our partners in Czech Republic, ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction. All operational customer questions come to you. You are involved in assessing, elaborating, offering and following up quotations. You identify opportunities, also by periodically visiting the customer, and you work these out together with Account Management. You are also involved in managing price lists and handling complaints. In addition to these operational tasks, you will proactively monitor, monitor and improve customer processes, reports and performances. You work closely with Account Managers, Back Office and Procurement.
Conditions
What is required is a commercially handy self-starter with a sense of humor who consciously chooses an environment where construction can take place. Check here whether you meet the requested profile:
• Higher level education (at least secondary school preferably bachelor degree ) and thinking level with at least three years of relevant work experience within an international production, logistics or trade environment, for example as an Inside Sales Employee or Commercial Inside Service Employee
• Good command of the English language, both verbally and in writing.
• Affinity with technology is an advantage
• You have an eye for details, but also understand company-wide processes
